In this guide, we will teach you how to setup properly and be prepared for a Size Previews release. To begin, Size Previews is a separate app and is not the Size.co.uk website or the Size app. The Size.co.uk website and the Size app are used for restocks of launch items. The Size Previews app id used for initial releases.
For Size Previews, AIO DC, Resi Proxies or a GB Resi Data Plan are required. If AIO DC proxies are being used, make sure that the proxy provider says they work for Size Previews in particular, because a lot of providers are banned. Please note that all Resi and AIO DC Proxies do not work for Size Previews. If you do have a GB Resi Data Plan, you are going to need about 2GB for each release. Static and Dynamic might work best as they do ban proxies during the release, but faster proxy speeds are important. For best success, get as many proxies as you can use.
This will bring us to our next subject, Stress Testing. You might ask yourself, “How many proxies can I use?” You will be able to find this out by Stress Testing you PC or Server. Before the drop, run 200 tasks on BoxLunch Site Type in PD. Use whatever number of proxies you have, and the keyword, +pop. Wait and see what happens. You are looking to see how your machine reacts to this many tasks, “Does it lag?”, “Does it freeze or crash?”, ”“Do the tasks not start?”, “Do the tasks stop?”, look for anything that you don’t want to happen during a release. If 200 tasks runs smoothly, make 300 total tasks, test again. Try to find the maximum number of tasks you can run before your machine starts to crash or freeze, then reduce the tasks by 25 and test again. Continue to adjust the amount of tasks until your machine runs smoothly. This number will be the amount tasks for you to make for a Size Previews release.
You will NOT need accounts for your tasks. Size Previews does not cancel multiple orders.
For Size Previews, there are 2 types of Monitor Input. Keywords and Variants. Keywords will be your go to as they are easy to get from the app. Login to the app on your phone and look at the product name. If the product name is Jordan 1 Retro High OG Gym Red, your Keywords would be +jordan,+retro,+red. We always recommend using 3-4 words from the product name including a color specific for the product for any site, because if one is missed, the product will not pickup and your tasks will remain on “Monitoring” mode when the item is released. Variants, on the other hand, are hard to come by. The Variants for Size Previews must be in PID:SKU, they will look like this: d37523e2-ccd8-415a-82bc-c44e3f095e2e:555088061. Because the Variants are hard to come by with the correct formatting, we suggest using only Keywords.
Set your Error and Monitor Delays between 2000-5000. Start your tasks 45 minutes to 1 hour before the release. During this time, you will see a countdown timer on your tasks. The timer might flash back and forth between “Logging In”, but do not worry, if you see the timer, your tasks are fine. Size Previews releases take upwards of 3 hours for the entire release to sellout. You will get many errors because the site is under heavy traffic. Hundreds of thousands of requests per second are being sent to the site servers. No matter what happens, keep your tasks running. Even when it says OOS, keep running because sizes will keep coming back in stock. Errors are completely normal for these types of releases so please don’t be alarmed when you get them. The only error you should be worried about is if you see “Fatal”, then you simply follow the instructions.
